Shipping

We charge a small single carriage charge per order, for all UK & World addresses, whatever the order value purchased. The higher your order value, the lower the carriage charge is as a percentage of the total. Smittys standard UK 7 working day service is by Royal Mail 2nd Class. The world service, International Standard Delivery, should be 7 working days but please allow at least 28 days as Brexit and Covid have adversly affected all out of UK deliveries. Our charges are based on Royal Mail’s online purchase prices for shipping single Smitty bottles plus a small admin charge. If you order in quantity we will pay the extra postage incurred. If Royal Mail cannot deliver to you and have your parcel at their nearest office you must collect from them. Should the goods be returned to us  from Royal Mail for any reason, we will contact you by email and you must then arrange to collect from our premises or incur a further postage and admin charge of £10 for a re-delivery.

Lost or damaged goods

In the UK if your order has not been delivered within 15 working days or more please contact us and we will make a claim on your behalf  to Royal Mail. For an international order allow at least 28 days. The investigation can take up to 30 days so please allow this time once you have contacted us. Should your packages be found to be lost we will discuss your options with you and/or re-ship your order. Damaged claims must be submitted within 15 days of posting date.

Customer satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us.  The quality of our products is guaranteed, however if there is a problem with any goods purchased from us, or you are dissatisfied with our products in any way, we will happily resend goods at no charge or refund any payments made. But damaged goods must be returned to us at your cost.  We are unable to process refund claims for goods that have been consumed.  For any manufactured faulty goods, we will reimburse your cost of returning the rejected goods to us.

Returns

Smitty’s GlassWax Eye Glass Cleaning System is totally safe and works splendidly well on all types of applications.  Smitty GlassWax has cleaned over 80,000 pairs of glasses without problems.If you are not 100% satisfied, you must return the goods to us at your own expense within 2 weeks of receipt from us. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.You do not have to give a detailed reason for any returns.  However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

Misuse of the product.

We advocate common sense when using Smitty GlassWax. Do not over apply, as per the demos on the videos. Although an organic product do not make contact with eyes or in any way with the mouth. Smittys GlassWax can clean many other types of materials other than glass but again please advocate common sense before applying, by testing a very small area first.

Smittys Amazing GlassWax company complies fully with the data protection laws in the UK and we will only use the personal information you have given us to process and record your order, it will not be passed on to any third parties. Nor will it be used for unsolicited marketing or any other marketing purposes unless you opt in to our mailing news.
